Canvas Segmentation Tool

This is a sanitized production case study about a visual guide system developed to improve frontend presentation review workflows. The tool was built around a recurring production problem: visual framing depended heavily on manual overlays, inconsistent references, delayed feedback, and repeated adjustment passes during high-pressure build windows.

The goal was to turn that fragile workaround into a more repeatable visual validation layer: grids, rulers, guide lines, canvas segmentation, layout references, and realtime visual metrics designed to support consistent framing and clearer review decisions.

This case is not presented as a product release. No source code, build, proprietary data, internal assets, or operational documentation is included. The focus is the production thinking behind the tool: identifying hidden workflow friction, designing a practical validation system, and improving repeatability inside a complex content pipeline.
